As a Senior Graphic Designer at Doma, I was instrumental in shaping the visual identity and marketing presence of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the real estate industry. From establishing a comprehensive visual identity system to designing a wide range of impactful collateral for both digital and print, I consistently delivered creative solutions that elevated the brand and supported key business objectives. Highlights of my work include creating immersive 3D mockups for trade show booths, developing a standout welcome kit for new hires, and designing engaging graphics for company events. Through a blend of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, I helped position Doma as an industry leader and innovator.
Visual Identity
As the lead designer for Doma's brand identity, I was tasked with creating a clean, unified look and feel across assets ranging from stationery to presentation materials. Leveraging Doma's established design elements and brand guidelines, I developed a clean identity system that brought cohesion to every branded touchpoint.
Through close collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership, I ensured the new visual identity met strategic objectives while pushing creative boundaries. The refreshed branding rolled out successfully across print and digital channels, strengthening Doma's market presence.​​​​​​​
Print & Digital
Marketing Materials
As the lead designer for Doma's marketing guides and booklets, I collaborated closely with product marketing and industry experts to develop comprehensive, user-friendly content. By leveraging best practices in information design and data visualization, I transformed complex topics into engaging, easy-to-digest resources for real estate agents, home buyers, and sellers.
To drive engagement and lead generation, I incorporated interactive elements like QR codes linking to supplemental blog content and data capture forms. I also ensured brand consistency across hundreds of additional assets, including flyers, postcards, and brochures for both print and digital channels.
Through strong cross-functional partnerships and a focus on creating value for our target audiences, these marketing materials successfully positioned Doma as an industry thought leader and supported key business objectives.
Welcome Kits
To enhance Doma's onboarding process and support employee retention, I conceptualized and designed comprehensive welcome kits for new hires. For this project, I collaborated with product marketing, sales enablement and senior leadership. Each kit features a beautifully branded box filled with essential resources and delightful extras:
A custom folder with quick-start guides and links to key marketing assets, enabling new hires to hit the ground running
Thoughtfully designed company swag, including notepads, pens, and a keychain, to foster a sense of belonging and brand pride from the outset
A warm welcome message thanking new team members for joining Doma's mission
By combining important information with meaningful gifts, these welcome kits have become a signature part of Doma's onboarding experience, setting a positive tone for each employee's journey with the company.
Immersive Event & Trade Show Design
As Doma's presence at industry events and trade shows grew, I saw an opportunity to revolutionize how we planned and previewed our booth designs. Moving beyond traditional flat graphics, I leveraged 3D modeling software to create stunningly realistic, scaled mockups of each space.

By meticulously designing the virtual booths to the exact specifications of the physical materials and dimensions, I enabled our Events Manager and Senior Leadership to experience the layout and flow of each design concept as if they were walking through it in person. These immersive 3D renderings not only streamlined the booth design approval process but also empowered more informed, confident decision-making. Stakeholders could explore each concept in detail, provide precise feedback, and align on a shared vision before any physical materials were produced.

Through close collaboration with the events team and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible with event visualization, I helped elevate Doma's trade show presence and save valuable time and resources in the design process.
